TABLING INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions for Tabling:

1. Check in begins at 7:30am

REMINDER: bring your own table/chairs/canopy and all supplies with you. 

Registration Table is the purple table outlined in red on the map-head there first.

2. Once checked in, a table number will be assigned to you and you can set up!

3. All tables should be set up by 9:30am

*If you plan to march in the parade or drive you need to register at those assigned tables and can leave your table set up to do so.--if it is windy or raining-ensure ALL items are covered/weighed down
