Our sustainer program was created to develop a sense of belonging and community among individuals who align with our organization’s mission to foster connections and shared experiences, which are essential in addressing the unique needs of the LGBT+ community we serve and support.

Sustainers provide a reliable base of support—both financially and through active participation—that helps sustain our organization’s operations, resources, and programming.

Sustainers enable us to expand our reach and with a strong member base, we can achieve greater visibility and increase advocacy for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI).

With resource development, sustainer programs can generate funds through fees, donations, or volunteer contributions, which are reinvested into impactful events, activities, and initiatives.

Through networking and collaboration, sustainers foster opportunities for individuals and organizations to connect, collaborate, and share resources, which amplifies the effectiveness of our initiatives.

In regards to accountability and growth, sustainers help the organization to remain accountable to its mission and values. Their feedback and participation guide continuous improvement and assists in our long-term growth.

By nurturing a robust sustainer affiliate program, we  ensure that we are able to remain a vibrant, responsive, and impactful resource for the communities we serve.
