Youth Gayla is a joyful, chaperoned event for LGBT+ youth and allies in grades 9-12, featuring music, dancing, food, and community. Inspired by the success of our annual Gayla, this event offers teens an affirming and inclusive space to celebrate who they are and have fun together.

About the event
Centre LGBT+ is excited to host Youth Gayla, a special evening created just for LGBTQ+ youth and allies in grades 9–12.
Inspired by our popular Gayla fundraiser, Youth Gayla offers a fun and welcoming environment with a DJ and dance floor, food and beverages, and plenty of opportunities for teens to connect, celebrate, and feel at home in community.
The event will be fully chaperoned by Centre LGBT+ youth leaders, all of whom have completed Pennsylvania background clearances. Youth Gayla is designed to be an affirming, and age-appropriate space, where young people can enjoy themselves while parents can feel confident about supervision and care.
